Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm neither good or a sexy mama but I did an easy 3 and a bit road miles bridling the whole way round that I'd planned the afternoon very badly and didn't have time to go and off-road test my new trail shoes.:-(

4.5 miles at 6.30 this morning, again, in perfect conditions. Past the Marina, where two herons took flight, and up the beach, looping back via Crosby Baths. Trying to decide if it's porker, glute or groin that's paining me :(

Well, MeLAR, it's not all as scenic or pleasant as Crosby and I'm lucky to live so close to the sea. I hadn't seen the herons since before the 'freeze', so I didn't mind being shocked by their call as they rose from the lake.

Your training's gathering pace really well - just build up steadily - but you already know that :)

4 mile easy run, quads sore from yesterday and probably not helped by x training earlier, longer than planned as the council have helpfully turned off the lights on the hill I'd planned to cut up home on
