Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Schedule was 1 mile warm up/cool down & 4 x 7 15 reps. Did 7 10;7 12;7 14;6 43. 3 scary German Shephards & a collection of trail bikes on the bridleway restrained themselves from harassing me!

Turquoise creature went because it was probably a little naughty to steal angelic Gobi from the EVIL one.

The Loser will have to go soon as well. That's enough flesh for now!

And thanks :-)

Excellent run last night. 2 hours, heart rate between 70-75% the whole way, mostly the lower end but crept up in the last 20 minutes or so. Even managed the two emergency stops without damaging myself - I've learnt that the lights dim and flicker a split second before the power cuts out so I can prepare myself for sudden braking if my reactions are quick enough!

Very good KS, didn't realise that you also had to employ treadmill emergency protocols :-)
