Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I feel like today I passed some kind of watershed in my short running career.

On my 12m run I experienced for the first time both Runners Bottom AND Joggers Nipple. I'm disappointed I didn't make it a hat-trick and have all my toe nails go black and drop off. :-). I'm sure one day my time will come ....

It's especially interesting when in shower. Neighbours thought someone was being murdered in our bathroom after Sunday's marathon...

Oh yes, don't remove scabs from nipples before you go out on a run otherwise sweat gets in and makes them nice and painful and aids re-chafment - not good!

Gonna start taping em up...

Shit, I've been spotted. :-)

Yes that was me ! What state was I in ? Was I bent over double with stomach cramps ? sweating profusely ? or crying like a baby ?

Tried the treadmill again, but belt is till sticking and session didn't last long (not safe to run on!). Have tried tightening and lubricating the belt, but Reebok tell me that I need a new roller - 2nd one in just under 12months. After much debate, Rbk will provide roller foc, but I would have to pay £100+ for fitting. Spoke to the treadmill enfineer who fixed the t/mill last time - decided not worth getting repaired. Have picked up a t/mill for just over £300 on eBay - has good spec and very good feedback - hopefully will get early next week and it will prove to be a good one.
