Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Cheers Max, Mrs B gets strapped up by her fizz at the mo, bugger coming off those things, takes half her skin away, get plenty of lubrication onto the area, that's my advice ;)

Sorry to hear of your ITBS problem Max. I hope you bounce back, healthy and happy very soon. In the mean while, follow doctor's orders.

Didn't think I would get a run in today, too much work and no time, and the weather has turned awful, but managed to delay supper and get a quick one in. I do not recall running in a harder rain this evening. Being drenched is not a problem, but my shoes kept filling with water, felt like I was running with weights on. I stopped three times to pout the water out, but it was futile. So I finally gave in, embraced the rain, and looked for the deepest puddles to splash through. Got off the path and ran though the field. At a school, found a football and dribbled up and down the pitch, punctuating at each end with some every impressive shots. Exhilarating. Ran home feeling great.
