Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Swittle - is that good or bad? On balance it sounds good.

Oh, decidedly good, GregP. Taking on the elements is a large part of the attraction of running.

Today, my 5.5 was dangerously close to fast - for me - but neither fancy nor frenzied.

Wonderful relaxing run

Tonight I ran Solo with my club, we were out about 1hour 15 ish covering around 7 miles ish

Again I went with the less experienced runners - we also did some fartlek training on route, using lamp posts as distance markers

It was cool, relaxing oh, so relaxing, totally enjoyable - I had no intentions of over doing it, tonight was purposely leisurely

It kept my mind so relaxed tonight it’s just incredible - so, now it’s head down to Abingdon marathon on Sunday - which I am absolutely serious about

Will go looking for a quiet 5 hour run, hoping it will produce sub 4
