Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Slightly over 10 miles at an easy pace.
A most enjoyable hour and 22 mins, worth :)

Sorry Jeremy - I didn't see your post above mine, and the repeat was an accidental refresh :(

Form is coming on pretty well. Still have a slight overstride occasionally, but the fluidity of my running is markedly improved.
Will try and get around to doing a bit of video for you you to dissect at some point :)

No run for me today, nor anything else for that matter. Still shaking off a dose of gastro-enteritis :-(

Very enjoyable 11 miles off road over hilly Purbecks, finished with a refreshing walk into the sea and Mint Magnum from the beach shop :-)
