Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A race-paced tempo, that the rest of the club called six miles steady!

Easy - then less easy - then Easy - then less easy again - then Easy

The less easy parts were 20 minutes each at about 6:15's.

Most pleased that I completed the session with pretty even pacing :)

Nice 10.1 mile run for me today. Legs felt a litle tired during it for some reason but it was a bit cooler than the last few days so I was able to run non-stop. Nearly got run over by white van man doing quite a bit of speed from a hedged side street to the junction with the road I was running along - why do drivers insist on driving as fast as possible before slamming their brakes on at the last second knowing well they are going to have to check for traffic before pulling out?

Half marathon on Sunday so should be more than ready for that after today.

Slightly over 10 miles at an easy pace.
A most enjoyable hour and 22 mins, worth :)
