Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A real good run

Tonight i ( NOT Phillip ) had a 75 minute run - with the club - mostly off road, river paths, fields etc - i went with the newer runners and not the elite

I stayed mainly at the back of what 20 ? runners - helping and advising them - they thought it was great and to be honest so did i

it was refreshing - so scintilllating - it felt like the old days - the pace was a lot slower than i would normally go - which really suited me, as it gave me chance to relax and fully enjoy it all

I really did enjoythe chance to giving something back - i'm now showered and fed and relaxed

it was just great !!

Nice one mick. it's so valuable having good club runners helping and supporting us newbies. well done.

Had a great 7 mile

tonight with the club. Some of our more experienced runners helping plodders like me to pick up the pace. terrific stuff!
