Fabulous early run on Thames path in London -from London Eye to Tower Bridge, across and back the other side. The city looked majestic as the sun rose and the sky was streaked with red; the Thames looked ferocious and barely tamed - high tide and heaps of rain made it ominously high.
I ran like a turd, but it didn't matter.

Nice. I had quite a lot on my mind, so it was a surprise that I didn't do the mother of all kick ass tempo runs

Er....I didn't enjoy it one bit. When I saw the splits it made sense and pacified me for a bit.

good run out in 5m race on the seafront at weston. Never run in a wind like it, but still managed a big pb so all in all well happy!

as it happens, i do love Ireland Mokina, but i was running through south east london today!
10 miles in the wet, cold, dark, wind. which would all have been OK if my Polar watch hadn't packed up after 3 miles and i had to guess my pace for the rest of the run....

My usual 4.6 mile Friday hill run - had to leave it 'til it was dark for the rain to stop though - and it was blooming windy uphill. Still had a blast though! Probably ran faster than I should have, but I was having fun.
