Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

15.62 miles with DaveA in the Peak District :-) Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Here's the route we took if interested.

A very nice 11 miler, although playing dodge with the sandbags and floods was not so good, but gave my run an element of being different. No houses were flooded that I could see, which was good.

Sadly all on roads as the fields are way too soggy. Still, the longest and fastest yet since the injuries so pretty positive.

Box Hill Fell Race (My first Fell Race)

Involved lots of walking up Hills & braking going down, found myself a new Max HR up 3 points to 192, and a 7.5 mile PB that is 9 minutes slower than my 10 mile PB

Iam, I looked at the map and satellite image. Loks like a nice place for a run.
I don't normally post in this thread, but...I had a great run today and wanted to share. We did about 11.5 miles in the Cuyahoga Valley National Forrest, through the woods and mostly off the trails. Hills, hills, and then, once we finished with the hills, more hills. It was a very cold, -7 or -8 degrees, and sunny day. So, other than all of that, what made it a great run was that I managed it without any Achilles pain. This would be the first time I have been able to get past 6 miles in a long time.

That all.
