Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

12½ miles - chatted about loads of stuff during it.
Legs (well ankles mostly) are aware that they aren't very fit at the moment!

Nice :) Running on my own legs again.

Was naughty and wore Really Old Shoes with almost 600 miles on them. They feel lovely and spongy and worn-in compared to the new ones :)

I discovered how hilly the area my mom lives in is. My legs are dead!! It was a good run though...right past where they make the submarines for the military too. Nice scenery when you get past the machines and the building hiding the submarines.

It was great and put one of big no nos to bed :) I ran for over two hours before breakfast when about half that is the norm for me.

The run itself was a 15 miles of meandering through Warwickshire even taking in some ploughed fields !!
