Hippo! You should know better young lady!
Lovely, niggle free run today - the first in a long time. Got completely soaked in the first mile, then targetted by the 'oh so clever' truck driver and puddle (there's always one smart arse isn't there?). Great run though & surprisingly easy given the 8:30m/m pace!

Another slow 4 miles today following a 6 week lay-off. Performance wasn't great but this is the second run since the beginning of November. Another 4 miles in the tank and a lung full of fresh air is just what the doctor ordered.

16.5 miles mainly off road and muddy in 2hrs 30 mins. Just 4 miles shy of 1750 for the year... perhaps a recovery run tomorrow.

was yesterday but great - 4.44 miles on High Peak Trail including 'the hill' at Middleton top - 9.51 pace. Which given dodgy foot-itis induced no running for 8 weeks except 1 race and 1 recovery - is pleeeeeeeeeeeeasing
gorgeous day and views too if a tad windy round the ears.
