Got completely soaked in the first mile, then targetted by the 'oh so clever' truck driver and puddle (there's always one smart arse isn't there?). Great run though & surprisingly easy given the 8:30m/m pace!

Which given dodgy foot-itis induced no running for 8 weeks except 1 race and 1 recovery - is pleeeeeeeeeeeeasing gorgeous day and views too if a tad windy round the ears.
