Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

nice relaxing 7.3 miles at between 70% and 75% heart rate, the joys of having a good day at work(for a change)

D'oh

I've had a couple of bad days (DNR). Wednesday morning left my trainers on my commuter coach and whilst I got them back this morning, I lost a days trg!

Today, we had a corporate 'sports day' type of deal and was another lunchtime run opportunity lost.

I'm aware that this is starting to sound a bit like 'the dog ate my homework, sir' but I truly want to get my September mileage beyond that of August. All v v annoying.

Better luck tommorrow.

Hard and knackering. I'm resting tomorrow totally because I'm seriously exhausted...

Lovely 4 miler, along the Thames towpath at Walton-on-the-thames. Rather more upmarket than my usual run at home round Glasgow Gorbals :) Wouldn't mind living in one of those HUGE fancy houses with a boat at the bottom of the garden. Maybe one day *shakes piggy bank*

Track session with Belle Vue Racers- thoroughly enjoyed it, even though my foot injury showed up again towards the end.

Am I becoming an injury bore?

Very good. Just 4 miles, but cranked it down to marathon pace for the last couple and it felt goooooood :-)
