Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Running straight from work, to get a decent length off road run in whilst still light. Lovely, sunny evening, got to make the most of them.

12 hills

7x400M Medium
3x 160M Steep
2x 500M Long gradual

Hard but not as hard as I could have made it. Half mara last Sunday and start of taper so took it a bit steady.
Felt great after. :-)

A tad windy here as well. I blame the beans.

No run today, did 44 lengths of the local pool in 40 mins. I should really have put some effort in and done 48 to make up a mile.

Shit, I'm afraid. Yesterday's faster than expected intervals have left me with a sore butt :-(

I was moving awfully this morning

Decent recovery run around the common this morning. Last night was the same interval sesh that BB mentions above except I did more intervals than him but at a considerably slower pace! Still, not bad for an even fatter boy like me, especially given recent injury. Felt brilliant to be back at the track and moving a little faster.

I'd also like to point out that I have nothing to do with the aforementioned sore butt.
