Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Surprising. After a 3hr 25min 21 mile lsr yesterday went out expecting a slow bimble but there was plenty of zip there (or maybe I was speeding up to get out of the hail....) and I reeled off 6.15 miles at 7:45 pace. I can sniff, taste taper....

Friskier than I intended by about 30s/mile. I love it when my legs are bouncier than they ought to be, even though it will probably be paid for in the form of an absolute bummer of a recovery run tomorrow.

Good session at gym....9.93K in 50 mins. Started slow and increased pace every 5 minutes. Felt really good...no pain, aches or stiffness from my glutes...I am a very happy man!! :-) :-) :-)

Fantastic - first fast run since my shin splints :-) I knocked 36s off my local hilly loop - so I'm now 5mins faster then I was at Christmas :-) :-)

It was great to run fast again - I even got benchmarks in my training log :-)

Delightfully slow. 2nd week of active rest after 100K. First week rest my body. 2nd week my head. Feels like I have been full on all year. Starting to get a little bored. Running in the dark ain't so much fun.
