Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Although I had a good day at work, all I could think about was my run tonight. I didn't get home until 6 and was straight out the door again for a mile warm up, 4 miles at threshold, then a mile cool down. Those middle four miles were run at 8.10mm. Very pleased with that. My next race isn't till end of Sept, Windsor half where I want to do under 1.50. That means 8.23mm, so I'm on target for that if I keep it up. Looks like the mojo is well and truly back!

Hello and welcome, Rick :)

10.35 miles for me today. Legs a bit muscle-bound from climbing, but they loosened up as the run went on. Nice to have eL Bee! for company.
