Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hey Balham I run near there when in London. I go from Millenium bridge to Embankment, across to the Eye, along the South bank to Tower Bridge, across and back along the North side.

Hard work for me this lunchtime. Jog through Salford to a park near the river then intervals 200m/400/600/800/1500/800/600/400/200. Slow splits today as at the end of high mileage week pace in min miles: 6:38, 6:18, 6:28, 6:32, 6:39, 6:45, 6:49, 6:36, 5:58. Total run 6.6 miles in 52:51. Nice to have the run done at lunchtime though, keeps the evening free!

Who's been messing with my training plan? Someone had stuck a 10mile run in for today when Friday's are a rest day for me.

I wouldn't mind but I didn't have my kit with me so now I am all sweaty, missed an important meeting and my knees giving me gip from runnning in my ordinary shoes.

Anyone got any deodorant?

Please ignore the erroneous apostrophe above. When I do things like that I really wish there was an edit facility on posts.

shorter than supposed to be, but 12.5 miles of ache free running in the woods, along the trail and through a very chilly river :-)
