The run felt much better today
Did a 1 mile warm-up jog, then 2.5 miles of intervals followed by a half mile cool-down jog.
Really enjoyed it today, even though the weather was a little too warm and I was running the sprints into a rather brisk breeze.
Can't wait for tomorrows LSR...if all goes to plan should be a nice and steady mid-morning 10 miles (or more).

I'm going to try and get out a bit earlier than usual, hopefully before it warms up too much. found the efforts this morning a bit harder(and slower) , hope to do a good hour, you have a good one.

It was going to be a six miler, out and back, but then I realised I was on the start of a loop that I thought was 7 miles, so I went for that. Turns out it's 8 miles. Nice! Big thanks to OM for a kick up the ar5e. Metaphorically. Actually, she metaphorically sent the kids in at 7am to jump up and down on the bed and steal the duvet. Got me out of the house for the first time in over a week.
