Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Absolute and utter bowf. Splits all over the place. HR everywhere. A race on Sunday. Not feeling confident. Probably run a pb now!

6 miles for my long run, not bad at all. Was hard to get going, but once going it was OK.

Morning! Nice work solitude-fairy (and welcome to Fetch, we haven't met!) :)

Ian- see how it is tomorrow and take the advice you'd give to someone else. You know it makes sense ;)

7.79 miles today, but felt like I was falling apart! Hip/leg/bum combo pain, slight cramps in calf, ankle pain, nipple ooowwwwwwwwwwwwww, blister, stitch :(

Ended up walking a bit in the last mile. But actually quite happy with the time and everything coz it's the furthest I've run in AGES! Just hope it's not that painful next time...

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Stonking!

Ok in the scheme of things a 15 min walk/run isn't what I'd want to be doing but it's the first time I've run in three weeks and it was only mildly uncomfortable and, more importantly, foot feels fine now.

Then just to prove I'm every bit as nuts as people accuse me of being I did 50k on the bike. Now if I could only learn how to ride a road bike I might give a tri a go!!! ;)
