Had a good run this morning
As it's the Derwent Trail run next month lucky the cat and I thought we'd try and find the route based on the slideshow on their website. Got most of it right I think but spent several minutes at one point trying to decide which way to go! So a nice 14Km run in good conditions in the hills, can't think of a better way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday

made the mistake of going out at 9- decent 11k, but too hot for my taste. scared the hell out of a deer when I came round a sudden corner; it could run a lot faster than me...

Went out at about 9, it was lovely. A tad on the warm side, but a really nice day otherwise

A very warm day for a 10 mile race - I think everyone suffered, just not acclimatised to it.
