Nearly didn't make it due to illness in the week and train near-cancellations this morning. There are finer spectator sports though! Still, managed to tick off a new parkrun, see an old Uni friend and spend some time with the offspring pre- and post-race, so a good day out. Glorious weather but I think there may have been just a touch of mud on the tops!
