About Me

Starting running in 2003 to lose weight and to increase my level of fitness.
I now run because I enjoy it and like to improve my race times.
My mileage has steadily increased over the years, and I now train 6-7 times a week.

2 goals achieved so far - a sub 1:30 half marathon in 2009 and a sub 40 min 10k in 2010.

A sub 3 hour marathon is the next target - failed to achieved this in 2011.
Will give it another go at the London and Abingdon marathons in 2012.

A WAVA score of 80% is the long-term goal.
