About Me

Started running a bit late...well a lot late but I've managed to do ok ish I guess. I'm more used to riding horses.. at least they do some of the work for you. I guess thats helped keep the knees in some sort of shape!
I don't take heart rate stuff too seriously.. I'm sure the numbers are telling me to slow down ..but what the hell.. its only going to get worse the older I get so lets go for it.
