Dickie York Didn't expect to put in such a good time, only 30 secs off PB set 5 weeks before. Took it steady and stayed close to 3hr pacers early on then pushed forward a bit, felt good, got quicker over the race. 1st 5km on 4.15min/km, last 5km on 4.00min/km. Finished 191st, 45th in VM40 cat. Had a great long weekend in the city, well worth going.
