The home of running in Petts Wood! We cater for adults of all abilities - from the beginner to the experienced runner, offering support and encouragement to get you running and keep you running.
If you enjoy running and are looking for new routes or just some company on your run, why not give us a try. Maybe you are keen to run in an organised racing event, or perhaps you need support for the grueling training for a marathon.
We offer a variety of runs throughout Petts Wood, Chislehurst and Bickley ranging from 4 to 7 miles - click on the "Where do we run" button on the PWR website to view a typical sample of PWR Tuesday night runs.
So, come along one Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. for a run and experience the friendly environment that is Petts Wood Runners!
There are also specific training nights on Thursdays evenings of either hill training, fartlek or "out and backs", plus trackwork and general fitness training - contact coach@pettswoodrunners.org for further details.
So come along any Tuesday evening and enjoy a run with Petts Wood Runners. New members are extremely welcome - why not take us up on our offer of a two week free trial! Affiliated to UK Athletics, Kent County Athletic Association and Sport Bromley. Annual Membership is just £20.

Our normal club night, meeting at 6:50 for a 7:00pm start. Thirteen groups offering various distances between 3 miles and 8 miles, and pacing between 13 minutes per mile and 6 minutes per mile.

Park training in Petts Wood Rec between mid May and early September starting at 7p.m., and for the rest of the year for street circuit training meeting in CrossWay outside the Willett Rec driveway at 6.30 pm.
Or, trackwork (intervals and threshold running) at Norman Park track at Bromley from 7.45 p.m. all year round.

We usually go to a local 5k parkrun - Norman Park, Bromley in particular - and have a tempo run and a cuppa afterwards.
