Similar weather to yesterday, the difference was that I'd had a good night's sleep and a day off running and was willing to take it on. Abundant wind, only helpful when it gave me a shove up Station Road near the end. Backs of my legs still feeling a bit stiff and my forefeet were uncomfortable for a while. Stop it, I'm nowhere near tapering!
The wee HR blip at 1.4 miles is when I stopped to let a flock of Texels, a tractor and a 4WD come past.

I use the half load setting on my machine a lot. I also failed to put detergent in, but never mind, they smell fresh enough.
