Bit of a faff getting out of London (no trains from my station for the next few weekends) Found this a bit of a slog. Still DOMS-y and, difficult to explain, it felt like my legs didn't belong to me. Tired from a bad night's sleep and head in a weird place. There, I think that's enough excuses :-) It is a corker of a day, though, and it was good to be out and moving :-) Run is a tad short as someone had stuck a load of new "no public access" signs the way I was planning on going. Ran about Caterham a bit to make up the time but good a bit fed up with that so bought a coffee and caught my train.
