Didn't know really what to expect. The ascent and descent was brutal. It was a really lovely race - ran with Louiseruns. I would do it again, but it's a pw.

Something to aim at next time ;) Seriously, that’s a solid result for a race like that 550m of climb is not to be sniffed at (half of the 50k’s ascent, so actually tougher per mile), and a bigger proportion of hard to run super muddy bits. And youngsters doing DofE to dodge as well :)
