mikep Well what a surprise. After the 5k PB on Saturday I was not sure if I could do any sort of speed at all. Got to Rothwell to find that the course had changed and that it was windy. MudMeanderer Was aiming for a slight PB, at a push tickling 42mins. Instead had a great one, went through 5k over 30 seconds quicker than my 5k pb, and first time sub 20mins. soreeneater Not to be - sub 40 - bit of work to do yet - tree pollen allergy didn't seem to slow me down. Half way at 19:53 but just faltered betwenn 6 and 7k.
