Agent Orange Phew, considering that I was seriously underprepared, this was a surprisingly good time. Not run much but done some cycling and paced myself at 7 min/miles for the first couple. Then it got tough and slowed to 7.20 for numbers 3 and 4. Fifth mile very hard work but came in in 7 mins. Conditions were pretty good. Met Julzy who smashed her PB - well done.
