Tuesday
We do an effort session on a Tuesday leaving the leisure centre at about 7.00pm. This involves a mixture of hill work and efforts varying from 400m upto a mile.

Thursday
On a Thurday we meet in the leisure centre and run from 7pm, various groups and abilities. Distances from 3 miles upto 10. In the summer we go off road. After the run we liase in the bar at the leisure centre for a beer.
