Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Only started running in August 2017 and have increased mileage year on year. 1065 / 1162 / 1393 and hoping to stretch that to 1500 this year 🤞

Fantastic thread idea, thanks. I think this will be a tough target for me this year - I’ve started well, but once my target race is over next month, I can’t see me being able to sustain it. But I will try :-)

I'm at 750 for this year vs. 587 for this time last year. And my fourth biggest until-20th-May mileage ever.

A link to the graph would be good. I'm at 635 for this year vs. 546 for this time last year.

I managed my first 1000 mile year last year, hoping for 100 a month this year, (April was only 80) but still ahead of target just 🤞

I'm on the 1000 mile thread but hoping for a bit more this year. Last year I managed 1000 miles on Hogmanay. I am a little ahead of target, but that may drop this week as I have just had my jab.

Mr. Grumpy
I didn’t set any milage targets until 2019, but my milage had increased year on year since I started running:

2016 - 318
2017 - 584
2018 - 1246
2019 - 2019 (targeted 2019)
2020 - 2390 (targeted 2020)

I planned to do 2500 this year, and was ahead of target until I got injured back in March, and was forced to have a few weeks complete rest. I’m building the mileage back up again now, and will hopefully hit the target as long as I don’t pick up any more injuries (Currently at 1021)
