SPR™ Nov 2010 8:14pm, 1 Nov 2010 12,515 posts	Quote Pin SPR™ First league race of the season last Saturday (30th) @ Leamington, beacon hill was a killer and we went up it three time, and a bit too much exuberance first time round meant I fried my quads (almost to the point of cramp) which took the next half a lap to recover AKA losing places, lol. I was ok the next two times round though, good practice for the Midlands Champs at the end of January. Quads are still sore today.
