Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I like the photos, thanks for the links. I temporarily lost my voice on Sat evening from having shouted so much!

Our last man just pipped the last West Brom man to the line, he he I don't think "poised to strike" is the right wording for him but it was a good little battle nevertheless.

I think West Brom might go up actually, that young James is really really quick I'd never seen him in full flight before. In the mens divisions is it just the top team that goes up, or top 2?

Top 3.

Yup James is a quick lad, he ran sub 1:20 at Birmingham half and is improving all the time.

We were 2nd after Saturday and we didn't have our strongest team out so fingers crossed, although we were in the promotion spots last year until the last round!

James was 7th I think and Gurmal 10th. Karl Moore wasn't running as he's busy training with Blind Dave for their challenge and he would normally be up there with Gurm, we also have another guy who's just ran 1:26 at Brum who couldn't make it this time. If I wasn't suffering a hangoveer from Abingdon I would have expected to be up with mac, Gary ran but with a massive blister on his heel, so overall pretty pleased with the result.
