Kent Fitness League races cost just £2 to enter, are for non-elites (If you can run a 10K Sub 34:00 for men or sub 38:00 for women then you're barred), are open to non scoring guests, are pay on the day and the courses are suitable for all ages over 16. HOD, got some Mudrock 290's but they keep giving me blisters on one heel. I have tried the steam from a kettle on the shoe heel. Have you had similar problems with Inov8
