I was with her but in a pink jacket/northbrook hoodie and a fetch hat

Good women's race, excellent running by Dibaba, Twell looks like she has some tension in the arms, shoulder, neck region... Nice sprinting by Yelling, and good performance and training for Dobrisky. Men's full race, great running by Ebuya and Mbishei to break Bekele and Kipchoge, and good peformance by Barios who got to Ebinburgh at 3am on race day!

The Stafford Common course is tougher than it looks from the sidelines, and on Sat it was hard to tell which bits were slop and which bits were frozen ground it all looked the same with the sun melting the dew. I was pleased as this year for the same sized field (I know it's a different course etc etc) I've gone up about 20 placings, and I beat a lot of the same names that were above me last year. It's a good enough sign of improvement for me!
