Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

missed Midlands due to a niggle that I didn't want to risk. Last XC of the season in 2 weeks, then bring on the road relays!

Last fixture was yesterday for me, it was hard work!!! Next race may be the road relays, although may do the next Centurions 5 mile race.

So was anyone at Nationals, I wasn't as there is only so much XC I can fit in while Marathon training.

I have XC next weekend and then Inter Counties the week after.

Anyone else at Inter Counties?

I was in Leeds, I saw Grid and I think Blister and Boycie were there though I didn't spot them,

Last year at this event 518 out of 546, and 52:30, this year 477 out of 505 and 44:49. I know Parliment Hill and Leeds are different courses but being less near the back is definite progress. Leeds is actually a nice course apart from the verticall hill at the end of the lap!

Easily pleased but this is the first time ever at an XC I've finished in time to see the men's race start, lol :-)
