Would have loved to be in the thick of it, but thats my fault for cutting it too fine with the time. I shall XC all winter next year won't be tapering for them though.

My aim (being relatively new to XC running) was not to come last(!), and counted at least 6 or 7 people coming in after I had finished. It was sooo cold, just kept running about cheering the men on after our race to keep warm, well done Rach and everyone else who ran, good luck those running tomorrow.
