It's a mighty fine and fast course and they have to obviously think of the safety and all that jazz. As for the XC being cancelled - well that's just unforgiveable.

I am not happy about the XC though either! It's all grass (well, mud) at Lloyd Park. Can't be any worse there than what we coped with on Farthing Downs in January.

I had to drop out after 3k (ladies ran 8k) cos i had just about had enough by then!!! LOL

I had my new Mizuno spikes on I got for Christmas and they gripped fabulously on the ice, I was going to give them another outing on Saturday, they are still looking a bit too pristine for my liking! I missed the pleasure of doing Hillingdon, sounds like it was incredible!
