Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My club had some good results yesterday at Mansfield, junior men got silvers, under 17 boys got bronze and senior women also made top ten with 8th.

Well done to both of you!

First one of the season for me today-forgotten just how much graft they are:( PB position of 7th (more due to lack of women at the sharp end rather than a storming performance from me LOL). Am hoping that these will make the road races seem a bit easier;)

I'm definitely stronger on the roads! Always find the super fast bunfight at the start of xc's really tough-seems to be eyeballs out from the off...

I did a race today that was hard packed trails last time I ran it. Today it was calf deep gloop! :) (They have moved it from June!)

Had such a good time! :)

I'm going to try and do more XC in future, I getting a bit bored with road races and fancy a new challenge. The Hampshire XC league have some good venues. I ran at Farley Mount and Goodwood last year and again at Farley Mount in October and I'm hoping to make it to Goodwood again this month and compete in the rest of the fixtures over the comming months.
