First one of the season for me today-forgotten just how much graft they are:( PB position of 7th (more due to lack of women at the sharp end rather than a storming performance from me LOL). Am hoping that these will make the road races seem a bit easier;)

Berni Nov 2008 7:43pm, 2 Nov 2008 271 posts	Berni I'm going to try and do more XC in future, I getting a bit bored with road races and fancy a new challenge. The Hampshire XC league have some good venues. I ran at Farley Mount and Goodwood last year and again at Farley Mount in October and I'm hoping to make it to Goodwood again this month and compete in the rest of the fixtures over the comming months.
