Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Saw some pics from there today. the ground looked ... um ... interesting ... mud, slush & snow. The easiest combination to run on ;-)

Most high profile XC events are ranon golf course like courses. This one did have a few undulations, but no, not hills.

Herrington Park's got a few hills. It's one of the better courses round here. I measured it at just under 400 foot of ascent over 5 miles last time I ran there, so not masiively hilly but a few undulations to keep people on their toes!

My second XC outing today at Denbies...very hilly but thankfully less mud than at Lloyd Park at the beginning of January. I didn't come in last this time!

Last XC of the season today, I was outsprinted at the end by a teammate at the end. I did work hard to close the gap but still hate being outsprinted. Usually I'm the one doing the outsprinting.

Have a bit of a cold so took the first two laps easy then worked hard on the last lap. Overall was a decent race, apart from the finish.

Well done Garfield!

NE Harrier League today. Great race. Improved on this course by nearly 2 mins & moving towards the top half of the pack, so really happy with that!
And ... boo to being outsprinted by your teammate SPR! :-(

Thanks Lisa! Well done to you too.:). My lungs were also getting over a cold and got a new max HR of 189 on one of the uphills!
