Not a streak is the future Mascot… mine continues. Its showing me I need to think about jugggling some things if I want to return My NAS yesterday meant wearing runners as part of my London work day attire and a backpack to run from the train station to the bus stop for the last leg of my journey home. Swittle was a huge part of this streaky bacon thread and he kept me on course and with a mind that starting over is always possible It’s great the thread keeps running on 🙌 |

I actually walk the dog when I get back from nightshift Vixx and Mascott. I don’t usually need to wind down I’m ready for a hot cross bun and a hot chocolate, clean teeth and bed! I sleep solid usually till around 10:30 if I sleep past 11:30 that’s a good one! Once I’m awake I check my fetchpoint bug and plan my route.

A bit of illness for in the way of my last NAS, but may have stayed another on Monday. More pertinently, managed to run past a Gormley yesterday morning while away with work (look 2 - en.m.wikipedia.org ). Lovely, if sad, reminder of Switts and the livens bloke he was |
