To be fair, it's all fairly irrelevant to a back of the pack jogger like me, however when I went for a run the other evening, clad in a white Centurion SDW t-shirt and some Asic running tights the Missus did comment I looked 'slim'. That will do for me ;-)

and FR perhaps that's as good a target as any - I tried to stop weighing myself and went with how i looked/ felt.

Impressive graphs PtB.

I had just about maintained weight inspite of going from 200+ miles/ month running to no running (now a little running) but still getting calories burnt through walking/ cross training. You've just got to spend so much more time burning those calories by non running exercise in my experience!

Over eleven years since I started running and put on well over a stone, probably nearer a stone and a half at the peak.

But to be fair, my weight was probably unchanged from about 12 to 39!

Good work! I have stubbornly stayed put despite cutting alcohol almost completely... it will come though :-)

Struggling to shift it, even though being disciplined with food and doing some exercise. I reckon I can lose about 5% bodyweight. Currently 77.9kg. Got down to 74.5kg August last year.

I ran SDW50 at the weekend. Almost 30 minutes slower than last year and am about 6lbs heavier. I could feel it, too. It would be wrong of me to blame those 6lbs entirely (there have been training and health issues and it was a warm day) but still...

I know it needs to go and I need to focus.
5 weeks to NDW50.

Game on.

So, after the scales finally tipping over the 10st point, I'm on a mission!
Although, to be fair, I am not surprised I have eaten very badly last few weeks.

My first super healthy day is drawing to a close and I wonder, when do the chocolate/sugar cravings subside and I become overflowing with energy?!
Also, I am hungry :(
