Good way to question it pix. I try to aim for 1800-1900 per day but 1500 is a high cal day. Garmin seems to give me circa 110/mile. I tend to ignore cals burnt unless I’ve done a lot of exercise.

Weigh in this week is a STS. Mildly disappointing as I’ve been very focused on eating good food and we’ve walked rather than vegged on sofa (makes up for the lack of running) but as I’ve said ^^ I’m trying to remind myself that I’m making better choices if my body doesn’t want reduce then so be it. I get tired of constantly stressing about what I can/can’t eat.

I did have a protein yoghurt pouch for breakfast (it was out of date but tasted ok) and I’ve bought some higher protein mousse things from Aldi to try & some things to make as snacks.

Onward and downward hopefully

I’m currently +2lbs after the first trip, but I very much doubt that’s real. I didn’t eat 7000 more calories than I needed in 3 days. We’re off out for a meal tonight so I’ll probably weigh in again on either Sunday or Monday before the next work trip.

And then you put a top on that’s in your wardrobe to torture yourself and find it fits! How?? I’m no lighter than when I bought it and it didn’t fit. (One of this button through blouses that fits/is big on the top but the last button over the hip is a disaster) happy with that!! (Even if after pizza it will be small again 🤣)

Thanks Pix - good job we’re not all about the numbers 🤣

Fab pizza could only eat half of it but brought it home for tomorrow.
