Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Up at 6am again(it was sunny then as well) for a steady 6 miles.
Means I can go to the pub now knowing I have stuck to my marathon training schedule.
Right I'm off now.Expect drunken postings around midnight.

Run was good today, really slow but it's the first time I have run for a week! May try and head out tomorrow morning but doubt that it will happen!! I'm so impressed with all you dedicated people who manage to get up at the crack of dawn!!

Very very hard - my first time at the club's speed training night. Pyramid intervals in the wind and rain. I must be mad!!!

Tom, sound like too much fun. I did a nice five miles, with 4x400 intervals between 1:17 and 1:23. Hot and nearly 100% humidity here, so I was as sweaty as...well...Sweaty Frank.
