Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No run today. I was very heavy legged on Monday and think I may have aggrevated the hamstring a little. I can still run on it, and is no where near as bad as the ar5e injury was, so hopefully a couple of days walking it to keep it loose and some ibuprofen gel should see it right. I think back to back runs on Fri/Sat may have caused it and not helped by running Monday.

Hope to have a run out on Friday then be fit for a 5k race next Tuesday:)

Ploddy five miles along the canal path last night. Absolutely loads of runners out.

5k race tonight.

The annoying thing is, Race HQ is visible from my window at work, but I'm not staying here til 7:30, so must go home and come back again...

So wet, so so wet. I can;t remember the last dry run, with warm sun on my face. Dry morning, looked pleasant, so I was quite looking forward to some 400m sets. 5 mins into the warm up it starting raining. Heavy, face stinging, soaked in 30 seconds, squelching trainers rain. Got back and was doing the usual routine of drying wet stuff (trainers f**king everywhere at various stages of drying) and noticed that the sun was out!

I feel like the PInk Panther (cartoon), that episode where everywhere he goes that raincloud follows him and rains on him.
