Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ah - I particularly enjoy the "style" section, to see if I'm going 'up' or 'down' this week.

1st run after Windemere. 5.5 mile recovery run at just under 7:15 pace. Became a lot easier after 1st two miles and managed to increase the pace after 8 mm the first two.

New pair of road shoes as well.

The prep for the next marathon begins here!

Another beautiful, sunny and warm day, perfect for a steady 6.3 miles into and back out of the valley (killer hills).

I don't mean I 'back' out of the valley. Now that would be a challenge.

Very nice, but my foot is not 100% yet, and it was rather hot. Still, at least I'm out and about again :-)

too short and boring, but took my 11 year old along for a mile, so that's a positive...for him.
