Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Hopefully KKD will know where that is. Don't think I've been to Edinburgh since I was about 15!
There might be a few bandaged legs but probably not arms!!

3rd run in a row last night and 1st one after my 'brick' on sunday. running on empty, felt very hard work. felt like HR was a lot highter than it actually was though, ended up only at 71%, felt more like 91%! swim tonight, bike tomorrow run again on friday - tempo run so will try to push HR up higher and see how i get on.

My 10 mile hilly run was quite difficult actually as I chose as many hills as poss running a steady rate, was knackered out completely by 9 miles but had one final hill to go up to get back to the car. Legs a bit stiff now:-)
