Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5.9 miles overall. 2 miles warm up then 10x400m reps with a 90 secs recovery. All reps down in 1.23 -1.26. Then 1.25 miles cool down. A hard one but a good one.

Last night's "run" was one of those that makes you so glad you run :)

Three sets of Oregon circuits followed 1000m on grass. Those questioning my sanity even attempting the session where questioning how I could still finish ahead of them with a marathon in my legs.

What time is the mothership picking you up and taking you home? You can't try and still have us on that you're a hooman bean.

My run was warm. Muggy. Humid. call it what you will.
