5k... and it was hard to convince myself to get out there, but I am glad I did... ran faster than I should, as still recovering from injury, but I wanted it over with :-)

well done runnerbean - its a nice feeling when you acheive something new. I know I still can't believe I actually ran 17 miles today :) Hope the legs get better soon (back to me Emu oil - it does work!)

only 5 miles tonight,run around farmers feilds,x/c trainers were like lead weights ,covered in sticky mud,got heart rate up without trying.my spotty dog loved it !

Yey, 1st run since a week last Sunday. It was fliiping brilliant. Did 7.3 miles. Meant to take it staedy but ended up running it in 47:15. Knee feels good now, will see how it is ttomorrow morning.

But for now: wooooo hoooooooooooo
